Sub-processors

Competrace uses the third-party service providers below to deliver its service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Personal data handled is limited to what each service needs to function (for example, email addresses for sending invitations). We give customers advance notice before adding or changing a sub-processor, and customers may object to a change.
Supabase
Purpose: Database hosting, authentication, and storage
Location: European Union (Frankfurt, eu-central-1)
Vercel
Purpose: Application hosting, content delivery, and web analytics
Location: United States (global edge network)
Resend
Purpose: Transactional email (invitations, password resets)
Location: United States
Paddle.com Market Ltd
Purpose: Payment processing, Merchant of Record, tax collection, and invoicing
Location: United Kingdom
