Sub-processors

Competrace uses the third-party service providers below to deliver its service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Personal data handled is limited to what each service needs to function (for example, email addresses for sending invitations). We give customers advance notice before adding or changing a sub-processor, and customers may object to a change.
Supabase
Purpose: Database hosting, authentication, and storage
Location: European Union (Frankfurt, eu-central-1)
Vercel
Purpose: Application hosting, content delivery, web analytics, and AI model routing (AI Gateway)
Location: United States (global edge network)
Baseten
Purpose: AI model hosting for the in-app assistant, used via Vercel AI Gateway (a Vercel sub-processor), with zero data retention
Location: United States
Fireworks AI
Purpose: AI model hosting for the in-app assistant, used via Vercel AI Gateway (a Vercel sub-processor), with zero data retention
Location: United States
Resend
Purpose: Transactional email (invitations, password resets)
Location: United States
Paddle.com Market Ltd
Purpose: Payment processing, Merchant of Record, tax collection, and invoicing
Location: United Kingdom
Seline
Purpose: Cookieless usage analytics: page views on our website, and in the app under a pseudonymous user ID once signed in, with the workspace name kept in the page address. No people’s names, emails or evaluation data
Location: European Union (Poland; hosted in Germany). Requests pass through Cloudflare
