# Competrace pricing

Prices exclude tax. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout and on every renewal. Billing is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record.

## Free

- **Price:** $0 per month, free forever.
- **Limit:** up to 10 users.
- **Features:** the full product — competency frameworks, assessments, skill gap radars, promotion readiness, the team matrix, the admin dashboard and the hiring toolkit.
- No credit card required.

## Team

- **Price:** $50 per month, which includes up to 50 users.
- **Overage:** $0.50 per additional user per month beyond 50.
- **Features:** everything in Free, plus priority support.
- Cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

## How users are counted

A user is an active member of your organization. Only active members are billed. On Free,
pending invitations also count toward the 10-user cap you can invite
against; Team has no cap to invite against, and extra seats are billed as overage.
